I found a great blog today called Cover Recipes from Magazines and Cookbooks.

The premise of the blog is to take a look at the recipes that are featured on the covers of various publications. Are the cover recipes really worthy of the spotlight, or are they just a pretty picture? Culinary Covers will be preparing the cover recipes, photographing them and sharing them with you. Honest opinions are shared. What is written is the sole opinion of the author, having prepared the recipe exactly as written.


I love this website, I don't know how many times I have purchased a magazine or cookbook because the photo on the cover grabs my attention. I can tell I will become a dedicated reader of her blog!
